Betti-jo Townsend is a Master Social Worker and holds a Master Degree in Social Service Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Betti-jo's experience includes working with groups and individuals using visualization, breathing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help teach others how to reduce stress and anxiety and change thinking to handle every day and extraordinary issues.
