Alyssa Larson is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Since receiving her Doctor of Nursing Practice, she has worked closely with patients suffering from a range of mental health disorders in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and adolescent mental health, as well as addiction medicine. Alyssa prioritizes quality care, empathizing with and ensuring each patient feels heard and receives a personalized plan specific to their individual needs. She believes utilizing medication to augment healthy lifestyle changes can lead to more lasting improvements in mental health and quality of life. When she isn’t practicing medicine, Alyssa can be found exploring the outdoors, spending time with her family, and reading up on the latest in psychopharmacology.
