Gidget Black is a Nurse Practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms. Black also holds a board certification in Integrative and Regenerative Medicine Therapies through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2012, and Masters in Nursing from The University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2014, with and an Advanced Practice Specialty in Family Medicine. Ms. Black has worked in emergency triage, surgery, and primary care, but especially loved her time working for the VA Medical Center in Louisville, KY. Ms. Black gained valuable experience in screening veterans for PTSD and depression. Ms. Black is also an adjunct Professor with Kennesaw State University where she is a Mental Health clinical instructor at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
